Online Resources and Services for Employers and Unions to Successfully Recruit and Retain Women in Nontraditional Occupations

The Workplace Solutions Project of Wider Opportunities for Women offers free resources and services to assist employers and unions to increase the access to and success of women in nontraditional apprenticeships, training programs and occupations. Nontraditional occupations are defined by the U.S. Department of Labor as jobs in which women comprise less than 25% of the workforce.
