SELF-ASSESSMENT

Self-Assessment is a free interactive tool you may use to assess how many suggested strategies your workplace has already implemented to integrate women in nontraditional occupations and apprenticeship and training programs.

The suggested strategies are techniques utilized by Workplace Solutions trainers, employers and unions across the county. We have found them to be effective solutions to addressing issues surrounding recruiting, orienting, assigning, training, and retaining women and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.

1. Log in to the Self Assessment section.
2. Select an issue (Recruitment, Orientation and Assignment, Training, Retention, and Prevention of Sexual Harassment).
3. Indicate which suggested strategies are already implemented at your workplace.
4. Indicate the suggested strategies for which you would like additional information.
5. Submit your self-assessment for scoring and choose to either continue to review other Issue Self Assessments or exit the section.
6. Complete the contact information form.
7. A Workplace Solutions Technical Assistance provider will contact you with the information you requested.
